Manufacturing

Distrigarden has been manufacturing gazebos and spa enclosures for nearly two decades. We use Canadian Western Red Cedar that is indigenous to our local forests. We mill and process our own wood. We dry our wood in our own kiln to the perfect 7% moisture content. We mould all our own profiles including Tongue and Groove. We also sand and assemble all our parts. We have 5 quality control inspectors that constantly check our quality at every step of the manufacturing process from initial milling and drying stages all the way through to assembly and final staining. We are proud of what we do because we do things the right way. Our quality is second to none and our clientele fully appreciate the final product they receive from us.
